Alnico Magnet has different magnetic properties and uses due to its different metal composition. Compared with casting processes, sintered products are limited to small sizes, resulting in small dimensional tolerance and good casting machinability. In the permanent magnet materials, cast Alnico permanent magnet has a low reversible temperature coefficient, the working temperature can be up to 500 degrees Celsius or more.

Alnico permanent magnet products are widely used in various instruments and other high temperature applications.

According to the different production process, Sintered Alnico magnet and Cast Alnico magnet have their own advantages, the shape of Cast Alnico magnet can be diversified and complicated, and the mechanical dimension tolerance of Sintered Alnico magnet can be controlled more accurately. AlNiCo 5 and AlNiCo 8 are commonly used, widely used in automatic machinery, communications, precision instruments, induction equipment and so on.

The principle of the two poles of the magnet is very simple, for example: If the magnet breaks into two sections, it becomes two magnets, there will still be the South Pole and the North Pole, because the material components of the magnetic production still exist, then the natural magnetic production of the north and south poles! It’s like a piece of magnet breaking in two. It’s a piece of magnet for the same reason.
